Practice this exercise for 45 seconds, then take a break for 15 seconds. Repeat 3 times with your preferred foot, then do the same with your weak foot, for a total of 4 minutes and 30 seconds of training and 1,5 minutes of break.
Then practice the second exercise in the same way.
