In this video there are 5 exercises:
- outside touch, right and left inside cut on a line;
- outside cut, right and left hook on a line;
- outside touch, inside cut, outside touch, right and left hook on a line;
- outside touch, right and left inside cut in zigzag movement on a corridor;
- outside touch, inside cut, outside touch, right and left hook in zigzag movement on a corridor.
Practice the first exercise for 1 minute, then take a break for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, for a total of 3 minutes of training and 1,5 minutes of break.
Practice the second, the third, the forth and the fifth exercises in the same way.
