For this video you will need five placeholders: five cones, but also five simple caps or something similar can be ok.
Practice the first exercise for 1 minute, then take a break for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, for a total of 3 minutes of training and 1,5 minutes of break.
Then practice the second exercise in the same way.
Then the third and so on.
