Three exercises of intermediate and advanced level

In this video there are 3 exercises:

  1. Messi's croqueta, inside inside, inside opening;
  2. sole heel, hook, roll, inside opening;
  3. sole heel, hook, roll, Ronaldo chop, hook, inside opening.

For this video you will need two placeholders: a cone, but also two simple caps or something similar can be ok.

Practice the first exercise for 1 minute, then take a break for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, for a total of 3 minutes of training and 1,5 minutes of break.

Practice the second and the third exercises in the same way.
