Two exercises: spring, roll, inside heel, inside sole tear, first on the spot, then on a sequence of cones, with shot on goal

In this video there are 2 exercises: the first will teach the moves on the spot, the second will use that moves on a sequence of cones, with shot on goal.

For this video you will need four placeholders and a goal​ (or small goal): four cones, but also four simple caps or something similar can be ok.

Practice the first exercise for 1 minute, then take a break for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, for a total of 3 minutes of training and 1,5 minutes of break.

Then practice the second exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
