Two exercises: on a sequence of markers with shot on goal roll, sole, spring, roll + on the spot, double side step and flip flap, without shot on goal

In this video there are 2 exercises:

  1. ball mastery at an intermediate level on a sequence of markers with shot on goal roll, sole, spring, roll;
  2. ball mastery at an advanced level on the spot, double side step and flip flap, without shot on goal.

For this video you will need four placeholders and a goal​ (or small goal): four cones, but also four simple caps or something similar can be ok.

Practice the first exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.

Then practice the second exercise for 1 minute, then take a break for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, for a total of 3 minutes of training and 1,5 minutes of break.
