In this video there are 2 exercises on a sequence of markers with shot on goal:

  1. double side step, flip flap, spring, roll;
  2. inside scissor, inside inside, inside tear.

For this video you will need four placeholders and a goal​ (or small goal): four cones, but also four simple caps or something similar can be ok.

Practice the first exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.

Then practice the second exercise in the same way.
