Three exercises with changes of direction and feints

In this video there are 3 exercises:

  1. combination of changes of direction with shot on goal;
  2. combination of changes of direction with shot on goal;
  3. combination of feints advanced level scissor, step over, inside heel, hook, outside.

For this video you will need five placeholders and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholders you can use five cones, but also five simple caps or something similar can be ok.

Practice the first exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.

Then the second and the third exercises in the same way.
