In this video there are 5 exercises:
- short dorsal 1 vs 1, dorsal receiving, inside heel, Cruyff;
- short dorsal 1 vs 1, "L" receiving, no look, inside close;
- short dorsal 1 vs 1, inside receiving, outside sole, open, roll, sole, heel;
- short dorsal 1 vs 1, receiving feint inside, outside, inside sole recall;
- side of the goal 1 vs 1, receiving feint, opening inside touch.
For this video you will need a wall, one placeholder and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholder you can use a pole, but also a simple cap or something similar can be ok.
Repeat each exercise in sequence as in the video with shot on goal or small goal.
Practice each exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
