In this video there are three exercises:
- "L" inside sole tear with passive pressure and shot on goal;
- ball control, "L" inside sole tear with passive opponent and shot on goal;
- pass and passive pressure/Receiving opening 90°, "L" inside sole tear and shot on goal.
For this video you will need an opponent, three optional placeholders and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholders you can use three cones, but also three simple caps or something similar can be ok.
Repeat each exercise in sequence as in the video with shot on goal or small goal.
Practice each exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
