In this video there are three exercises:
- 4 moves "L" inside sole tear and shot on goal;
- sole, "L" heel and shot on goal with passive pressure;
- ball control, sole, "L" heel with lateral passive pressure and shot on goal.
For this video you will need an opponent, four placeholders and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholders you can use four cones, but also four simple caps or something similar can be ok.
Repeat each exercise in sequence as in the video with shot on goal or small goal.
Practice each exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
