In this video there are three exercises:
- pass with passive pressure, receiving inside closure, rear sole, no look inside closure, then shot on goal;
- rear sole, no look, inside closure, then shot on goal;
- inside sole tear, Cruyff, opening hook, then shot on goal, receiving inside closure, then shot on goal.
For this video you will need an opponent, three optional placeholders and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholders you can use three cones, but also three simple caps or something similar can be ok.
Repeat each exercise in sequence as in the video with shot on goal or small goal.
Practice each exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
