In this video there are three exercises:
- inside touch forward, "V" inside opening hook on passive pressure, then shot on goal;
- sequence of "V" inside opening hook on a zigzag circuit, then shot on goal;
- ball control, "L" sole heel on lateral passive pressure, then shot on goal.
For this video you will need an opponent, five placeholders and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholders you can use five cones, but also five simple caps or something similar can be ok.
Repeat each exercise in sequence as in the video with shot on goal or small goal.
Practice each exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
