For this video you will need two placeholders, two poles and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholders you can use two cones, but also two simple caps or something similar can be ok, the poles will simulate the opponents, you can use something similar.
Repeat each exercise in sequence as in the video with shot on goal or small goal.
Practice each exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
