In this video there are five exercises:
- on front short space 1 vs 1;
- sole touch + no look;
- step over roll, crossed heel;
- Ronaldo chop, inside no look;
- step over, crossed touch, step over.
For this video you will need two optional placeholders, a pole and a goal (or a small goal): for the placeholders you can use two cones, but also two simple caps or something similar can be ok, the pole will simulate an opponent, you can use something similar.
Repeat each exercise in sequence as in the video with shot on goal or small goal.
Practice each exercise with 6 final shots with your preferred foot and with 4 final shots with your weak foot, for a total of 10 shots.
